Chap. LXIX.— An Act for the Relief of Mrs. Agatha O’Brien, Widow of Brevet Major J. P. J. O’Brien, late of the United States Army.June 1, 1860. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneyPayment to Agatha O’Brien. in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Mrs. Agatha O’Brien, widow of Brevet Major J.
P. J. O’Brien, such sums of money as may be found due to her late husband, as captain of artillery, from the thirty-first day of December, eighteen hundred and forty-nine, when he was last paid, to the thirty-first day of March, eighteen hundred and fifty, the day of his death, and that his accounts on the books of the treasury be balanced.
