Chap. LXIII.— An Act for the Relief of Hannibal Graham.Feb. 25, 1863. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the UnitedPayment to Hannibal Graham for extra services. States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Hannibal Graham, out of919THIRTY-SEVENTH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 64, 65, 66, 121. 1863. any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of twelve hundred and forty-eight dollars, in full for extra services about the Capitol between the years eighteen hundred and forty-three and eighteen hundred and fifty-six. Approved, February 25, 1863.
