Chap. LXIII.— An Act for the Relief of Messrs. Coale & Barr.March 1, 1861. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Messrs. Coale & Barr the sumPayment to Coale & Barr for publishing laws. of two hundred and four dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full payment for publishing the laws of the second session of the thirty-second Congress in the “Abingdon Virginian.” Approved, March 1, 1861.
