Chap. LIII.— An Act for the Relief of Azel Spalding.February 23, 1861. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Azel Spalding, out of anyPayment to Azel Spalding for disbursements as pension agent. money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, two hundred and twenty-six dollars and sixty-nine cents, being two per centum on moneys disbursed by him as pension agent in the year eighteen hundred and forty-one. Approved, February 23, 1861.
