Chap. LI.— An Act for the Relief of James Floyd.February 23, 1861. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name ofLife-pension to James Floyd. James Floyd on the invalid pension rolls of the United States, at the rate of eight dollars per month, said pension to commence on the twenty-eighth day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, and to continue during his natural life. Approved, February 23, 1861.
