Chap. CXXII.— An Act for the Relief of Benjamin T. Watson.March 3, 1863. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there be paid, out of anyPayment to Benjamin T. Watson. money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four hundred and seventy-five dollars, for filling and grading Virginia avenue, between Ninth and Tenth streets, in square three hundred and eighty-five, under the approval of the Commissioner of Public Buildings and Grounds, in the year eighteen hundred and fifty-four. Approved, March 3, 1863.
