Chap. CXVIII.— An Act for the Relief of Smith and Hunt, of Toledo, Ohio.June 12, 1860. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there be paid to Smith and Hunt, of Toledo, Ohio, the sum of nine thousand two hundred andPayment to Smith & Hunt. sixty-five dollars and ninety cents, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the same being the amount paid by said Smith and Hunt as freight and charges on railroad iron transported while in bond from New York city to Toledo, Ohio.
