Chap. CXLVIII.— An Act for the Relief of R. W. Clarke.June 16, 1860. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there be paid, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to R. W. Clarke, latePayment to R. W. Clarke for extra services. assistant messenger in the office of the Commissioner of Pensions, the sum of two hundred and twenty-five dollars, in full compensation for extra services performed by him in said office as clerk, from January one, eighteen hundred and fifty-one, to October one, eighteen hundred and fifty-one.
