Hannibal, in the State of Missouri, Hickman and Columbus, in the State of Kentucky, Chattanooga and Knoxville, in the State of Tennessee, and Tuscumbia, in the State of Alabama, and Shreveport, in the State of Louisiana, ports of delivery, be, and the same are hereby, repealed. Approved, July 11, 1862.
