Chap. CLX.— An Act for the Relief of Josiah Atkins, of Ohio.June 19, 1860. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Inte-863THIRTY-SIXTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 160, 161, 168. 1860.rior be directed to cause to be issued to Josiah Atkins, of the State ofBounty land-warrant to Josiah Atkins. Ohio, a bounty land-warrant for one hundred and sixty acres in lieu of warrant number fifty-four thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, issued to said Atkins under the act of March third, eighteen hundred and fifty-five, the same having been lost in transmission through the mails by the Commissioner of the General Land Office to the register and recorder at Council Bluffs, Iowa, in the year eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, the same to be issued under such rules and regulations as the Secretary of the Interior may prescribe.
