Chap. CLV.— An Act for the Relief of Benjamin Sayre.June 16, 1860. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Benjamin Sayre, of WabashPayment to Benjamin Sayre. county, Indiana, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two thousand and forty-three dollars, in full of his claim for work and labor, under his contract with the United States, bearing date December eight, eighteen hundred and thirty-two, in section sixty-seven of the Cumberland road in Indiana, in the division east of Indianapolis.
