Chap. CLIII.— An Act for the Relief of Louisa Abert Byrne.July 11, 1862. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorLouisa Abert Byrne, pension to. be and he is hereby, authorized and required to place the name of Louisa Abert Byrne, widow of the late Surgeon Bernard M. Byrne, of the United States army, on the pension roll, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, from the sixth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty, for and during her widowhood. Approved, July 11, 1862.
