Chap. CIII.— An Act for the Relief of Taylor Dudley, of Minnesota.March 2, 1861. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the TreasuryPayment to Taylor Dudley. be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Taylor Dudley, of Benton county, Minnesota, the sum of three hundred and seventy dollars, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated: the same being due the said Dudley for services as clerk of the United States District Court for the second and third Judicial Districts of the late Territory of Minnesota. Approved, March 2, 1861.
