Chap. CIII.— An Act for the Relief of Emma A. Wood, Widow of the late Brevet Major George W. F. Wood, of the United States Army.June 9, 1860. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Mrs. Emma A.Pension to Emma A. Wood. Wood, of Utica, New York, widow of the late Brevet Major George W. F. Wood, of the United States army, on the pension list, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, to commence from and after the passage of this act, and to continue during life. Approved, June 9, 1860.
