Chap. XLVI.— An Act *for the Relief of Francis Career.* Feb. 23, 1859. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Francis Carver to have pension at $8 a month from Dec. 18, 1857.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Francis Carver on the invalid pension roll at the rate of eight dollars per month, and to pay him at that rate from the eighteenth day of December, Anno Domini eighteen hundred and fifty-seven, and continue during his natural life. Approved, February 23, 1859.
