XL.— An Act *for the Relief of Evelina Porter, Widow of the late Commodore David Porter, of the United States Navy.* Feb. 18, 1859. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Evelina Porter to have pension of $30 a month from February 9, 1858.be directed to place the name of Evelina Porter, widow of the late Commodore Porter, deceased, of the United States navy, upon the list of pensioners, to be paid at the rate of thirty dollars per month, from the ninth day of February, eighteen hundred and fifty-eight.
