Chap. XIII.— An Act *for the Relief of Edmund Mitchell.* August 23, 1856. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the name of Edmund Edmund Mitchell to be placed on the pension roll at $8 per month, from March 1, 1854.Mitchell, of Carrol county, in the State of Kentucky, be placed upon the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the first day of March, eighteen hundred and fifty-four. Approved, August 23, 1856.
