X.— An Act ** Jan. 13, 1857. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay unto $3,000 to be paid to Haunah F. Niles.Hannah F. Niles, or to her legal representatives, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three thousand dollars, in consideration of the meritorious services of her father, Captain Robert Niles, during the war of the Revolution.
