X.— An Act *for the Relief of Abner Dickson, a Soldier in the War of eighteen hundred and twelve.* August 23, 1856. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the name of Abner Dickson Abner Dickson to be placed on the pension roll at $16 per month from Dec. 1, 1836, for life.be placed on the roll of invalid pensions at the rate of sixteen dollars per month, commencing on the first day of December, eighteen hundred and thirty-five, and to continue during his natural life, instead of the pension heretofore allowed him. Approved, August 23, 1856.
