Chap. LXXIII.— An Act *for the Relief of Thomas B. Stele, passed Assistant Surgeon of the Navy of the United States.* March 2, 1857. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there be paid to Thomas $717.66 to be paid to Thomas B. Steele.B. Steele, passed assistant surgeon of the navy of the United States, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of seven hundred and seventeen dollars and sixty-six cents, being the difference of compensation to an assistant surgeon and a passed assistant surgeon, from the twenty-fourth April, eighteen hundred and fifty-two, to the twenty-first April, eighteen hundred and fifty-five.
