Chap. LXXI.— An Act *for the Relief of John Pickell, late a Lieutenant in the United States Army.* March 2, 1859. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior John Pickell to have pension from Nov. 1, 1857.be directed to place the name of John Pickell, late a lieutenant in the army, upon the roll of invalid pensioners, and to pay or cause to be paid to him such full pension per month as is allowed to officers of his rank, under existing invalid pension laws; such pension to commence from the first day of November, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven.
