Chap. LXVIII.— An Act *for the Relief of C. B. R. Kennerly.* March 2, 1857. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the $536.60 to be paid to C. B. R. Kennerly.Treasury be and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay to C. B. R. Kennerly, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five hundred and thirty-six dollars and sixty-six cents, for medical services rendered the military escort of the United States boundary commission, in the years eighteen hundred and fifty-four and eighteen hundred and fifty-five.
