Chap. LXVII.— An Act *for the Relief of Kennedy O’Brien.* Feb. 28, 1859. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, directed to place the name of Kennedy O’Brien Kennedy O’Brien to have pension at $8 a month from Jan. 1, 1854.on the list of invalid pensioners, and that said O’Brien be paid a pension, at the rate of eight dollars per month, from the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-four. Approved, February 28, 1859.
