Chap. LXIV.— An Act *for the Relief of William Allen, of Portland, in the State of Maine.* June 1, 1858. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior William Allen to have pension at $6 a month from June 1, 1858.be, and he is hereby, directed to cause the name of William Allen to be placed on the pension list, at the rate of six dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act, said pension to continue during his life, and to be in lieu of the pension to which he is now by law entitled. Approved, June 1, 1858.
