Chap. LXI.— An Act *for the Relief of Mary Bainbridge.* Feb. 26, 1859. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the name of Mary Bainbridge, Mary Bainbridge to have pension of $30 a month from June 1, 1857.of Massachusetts, be, and the same is hereby, placed upon the pension list of the United States. Sec. 2. *And be it farther enacted,* That the Secretary of the Interior pay, or cause to be paid, to the said Mary Bainbridge the sum of thirty dollars per month, commencing on the first day of June, eighteen hundred and fifty-seven, and to continue during her natural life.
