LII.— An Act *for the Relief of David Watson.* Feb. 23, 1859. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of David Watson to have pension at $4 per month, from Feb. 15, 1858.David Watson, of Georgia, upon the list of invalid pensioners, at the rate of four dollars per mouth, to commence on the fifteenth day of February, eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, and continue during his natural life. Approved, February 23, 1859.
