Chap. LI.— An Act *for the Relief of Leonard Loomis.* Feb. 23, 1859. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Leonard Loomis to have pension at $8 a month, from Aug. 9, 1857.be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to raise the pension of Leonard Loomis from six to eight dollars per month, and to pay him such increased pension from the ninth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven. Approved, February 23, 1859.
