L.— An Act *for the Relief of the Representative of Henry King, deceased.* Feb. 23, 1859. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to the legal representative of $1,617.36 to be paid the legal representative of Henry King.Henry King the sum of one thousand eight hundred and seventeen dollars and thirty-six cents, it being for the services of said Henry King in the third Maryland regiment, and in the commissary department, during the Revolutionary war. Approved, February 23, 1859.
