III.— An Act *for the Relief of James Harrington.* Jan. 2, 1857. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the proper officers of the Treasury Department be, and hereby are, authorized and directed to pay $500 to be paid to James Harrington.to James Harrington, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five hundred dollars, as a full indemnification for loss of time and expense incurred during sickness caused by melting lead while in the employment of the United States.
