Chap. CXXLX.— An Act *for the Relief of Thomas Hasam and B. S. Brewster.* June 8, 1858. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to audit and settle the Accounts of Thomas Hasam and B. S. Brewster to be settled and their regular pay allowed.accounts of Thomas Hasatn and B. S. Brewster, for services as inspectors of hulls and boilers, at New Orleans, in the State of Louisiana, and to allow them their regular compensation from the date of their appointment as if they had been sworn and properly qualified.
