CXVIII.— An Act *for the Relief of John Dearmit.* June 7, 1858. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Postmaster-General $295 to be paid John Dearmit under his contract for carrying the mail.be, and he hereby is, authorized and required, out of any money in [the] treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to John Dearmit the sum of THIRTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 119, 120, 121, 123. 1858. 545two hundred and ninety-five dollars, in addition to the amount already paid him by the government under his contract for carrying the mail upon route number one thousand six hundred and one, from July first, eighteen hundred and forty-four, for four years.
