Chap. CXV.— An Act granting a Pension to Morris Powers.August 16, 1856. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* ThatMorris Powers to be placed on the pension roll at $8 per month from Jan. 1, 1856, for life. the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby directed to place the name of Morris Powers on the list of invalid pensioners of the United States, and pay to him the sum of eight dollars per month from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-six, during his natural life.
