CXLV.— An Act to Repeal the fifth Section of an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Register or Enrollment and License to be issued in the Name of the President or Secretary of any incorporated Company owning a Steamboat or Vessel,” approved March third, eighteen hundred and twenty-five.June 11, 1858.1825, ch. 69, § 5. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the fifth section of “AnRepeal of act of 1825, ch. 99, § 5.Vol. iv. p. 129. act to authorize the register or enrollment and license to be issued in the name of the president or secretary of any incorporated company owning a steamboat or vessel,” approved March third, eighteen hundred and twenty-five, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
