Chap. CXLIV.— An Act for die Relief of Isaac Cook anti others.August 18, 1856. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* ThatPayment to I. Cook, B. A. Napier and P. Shepard, or their respective executors, &c. the Secretary of the Treasury be, anti he is hereby directed to pay to Isaac Cook, B. A. Napier and Pelatiah Shepard, or the legal representatives of such of them as may be deceased, the sum of two hundred dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full for the use of the schooner Tempest, belonging to them and impressed by Major J.
G. Camp, in the month of September, Anno Domini eighteen hundred and fourteen. Approved, August 18, 1856.
