CXL.— An Act *for the Relief of Tarrance Kirby.* March 3, 1857. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the name of Tarrance Tarrance Kirby to be placed on pension roll.Kirby, a second sergeant in Captain Griffin’s company, fourteenth THIRTY-FOURTH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 141, 142, 143, 144. 1857. 513regiment of Kentucky militia, commanded by Colonel Parker in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve with Great Britain, be placed upon the pension roll, and that he be allowed the half-pay of a second sergeant, to commence from the first day of the present Congress. Approved, March 3, 1857.
