Chap. CLXX.— An Act *granting an invalid Pension to William Howell, of Tennessee.* June 14, 1858. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of William Howell to have pension at $8 a month, from Feb. 23, 1858.William Howell, of the State of Tennessee, on the invalid pension roll, and that he be paid a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, commencing on the twenty-third of February, eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, and continuing during his life. Approved, June 14, 1858.
