CLXIX.— An Act *for the Relief of Joseph Bailey, an invalid Soldier of the War of eighteen hundred and twelve.* March 3, 1857. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the name of Joseph Joseph Bailey to be placed on pension roll at $8 per month from Dec. 1. 1855.Bailey be entered on the rolls as an invalid pensioner, at the rate of eight dollars per month, from the first day of December, eighteen hundred and fifty-five.
