Chap. CLXIII.— An Act *for the Relief of the Children and Heirs of Levi and Mary Stone.* March 3, 1857. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Arrears of pension of Levi Stone and Mary Stone to be paid to their children or representatives.Interior is hereby authorized and required to place the name of Levi Stone who was a captain of Artificers at Danbury, Connecticut, during the war of the Revolution from March, seventeen hundred and seventy-seven, to November, seventeen hundred and seventy-nine, on the pension roll of said State, under act of seventh June, eighteen hundred and 1832, ch. 126.
Vol. iv. p. 529. 1836, ch. 362. Vol. v. p. 127.thirty-two, at the rate of pension due for said service; and also the name of his widow, Mary Stone, on said pension roll under act of fourth July, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, at the same rate deducting twenty-three dollars and thirty-three cents per annum during the continuance of said pension; and the balance so found due be paid to the children of said Levi and Mary Stone deceased, or their legal representatives.
