Chap. CLVIII.— An Act *for the Relief of Nancy Magill, of Ohio.* June 12, 1858. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to place the name of Nancy Magill, widow of Nancy Magill to have a pension at $8 a month for five years from March 4th, 1858.James Magill, of the State of Ohio, on the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, for five years, commencing on the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and fifty-eight.
