Chap. CLVII.— An Act *for the Relief of Catharine V. R. Cochrane, sole surviving Child of the late General Philip Schuyler.* March 3, 1857. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the $9,060 to be paid to Catharine V. R. Cochrane or her representative for services and losses of Gen. Schuyler.Treasury be and he hereby is authorized and directed to pay to Catharine V. R. Cochrane, or her legal representative, the sum of nine thousand nine hundred and sixty dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full payment and discharge of all claims on account of services rendered or losses sustained by General Philip Schuyler in the war of the Revolution.
