Chap. CIX.— An Act *for the Relief of Robert W. Cushman, formerly an acting Purser in the United States Navy.* June 5, 1858. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the States of America in Congress assembled,* That the proper accounting Robert W. Cushman to receive difference between purser’s pay and that of captain’s clerk for certain period.officers of the treasury be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to THIRTY-FIFTH CONGRESS.
