Chap. CII.— An Act restoring Joshua Mercer to the Roll of invalid Pensioners.August 16, 1856. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* ThatJoshua Mercer to be restored to the pension roll at $8 per month for life, from Jan. 1, 1852. the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to restore the name of Joshua Mercer to the list of invalid pensioners, and pay him at the rate of eight dollars per month, from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-two, during his natural life.
