XXV.— An Act *for the Relief of Philo Smith.* Jan. 22, 1853. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there be paid to Philo Philo Smith to be paid $19.96.Smith, of the State of Indiana, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of nineteen dollars and ninety-six cents, for the amount due him as an ordinary seaman on board the Macedonian, as his share of the amount awarded to the captors of certain Algerine vessels under Commodore Decatur. Approved, January 22, 1853.
