XXIX.— An Act *for the Relief of James Lewis.* May 4, 1852. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of James Lewis to be paid $316.the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay to James Lewis out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred and sixteen dollars—the amount recommended to be paid to him as witness fees and mileage, by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Approved, May 4, 1852.
