Chap. XXI.— An Act *for the Relief of Mary C. Hamilton.* March 1, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That Mary C. Hamilton, widow Mary C. Hamilton to be placed on pension roll commencing from death of her husband.of Captain Fowler Hamilton, late of the Second Regiment of Dragoons, be, and hereby is, entitled to receive such pension (commencing from and after the day of the death of her husband) as she would have been entitled to had he died of wounds received in battle. Approved, March 1, 1854.
