Chap. XVII.— An Act for the Relief of James Butler. Dec. 27, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theJames Butler to be placed on the pension roll, at $8 per month, from Jan. 1, 1854. Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of James Butler upon the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-four. Approved, December 27, 1854.
