Chap. XVII.— An Act *granting a Pension to Mrs. Elizabeth V. Lomax.* Jan. 13, 1853. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Elizabeth V. Lomax to be placed on the pension roll.be, and he is hereby directed to place the name of Mrs. Elizabeth V. Lomax, widow of Mann Page Lomax, deceased, late Major of the Ordnance Corps, United States Army, on the pension roll, at the rate of one half the monthly pay to which her husband was entitled at the time of his death, commencing on the first day of January, A.
