Chap. XVI.— An Act for the Relief of Mary Rutherford, Widow of Samuel Rutherford. Dec. 27, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Mary Rutherford to be placed on the pension roll, at $4 per month, for 5 years from Jan. 1, 1854. That the Secretary of the Interior be instructed to place the name of Mary Rutherford, widow of Samuel Rutherford, upon the roll of invalid pensions, and to pay her a pension, at the rate of four dollars per month, for the period of five years, commencing on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-four. Approved, December 27, 1854.
