Chap. XVI.— An Act *to confirm to Hercules L. Dousman his title to Farm Lot number Thirty-two, adjoining the Town of Prairie du Chien, in the State of Wisconsin.* Feb. 23, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the title of Hercules L. Hercules L. Dousman’s farm lot confirmed.Dousman to farm lot number thirty-two, adjoining the town of Prairie du Chien, in the State of Wisconsin, supposed to contain one hundred and thirty acres, more or less, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed, and Proviso—operation of this act.that a patent shall issue therefor as in other eases: *Provided,* That this is only to operate as a relinquishment on the part of the United States of her title to said land.
