XLVI.— An Act to authorize the Issue of a Register to “the Barque Foundling, of Boston.” Jan. 25, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the TreasuryRegister to issue to the Foundling. be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to admit to register “the barque Foundling, of Boston,” she having been picked up at sea with no one on board and brought into the port of Boston, libelled and sold at auction by the United States marshal, and purchased by William C. Fay, of Boston, her present owner, and put in perfect repair by him. Approved, January 25, 1855.
